Returns & Exchanges

At Blue Star Beauty Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact our team and we will do our best to assist you. Returns may be accepted on eligible items within a reasonable timeframe after delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used beauty products
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Certain discontinued or hard-to-find inventory

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product/package so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the issue was caused by an error on our end.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins. Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer qualify for cancellation.
