ProCare Gentle Lift Creme Developer is a creme-based hydrogen peroxide developer formulated to activate permanent hair color and help lift the natural hair pigment gently during coloring or lightening services. It’s designed to be mixed with permanent hair color, toner, or lightener to help achieve lift and consistent color results at the strength indicated by its volume number.
